About Pegah

A thoughtful approach,
grounded in preparation.

I believe the strongest real estate advice starts with listening—understanding what matters to you before deciding what comes next.

Pegah Hosseini
My Story

Real estate is personal because the decisions around it are personal.

A home can represent a new beginning, a long-term investment, a place to build a family, or the next chapter of someone's life. It can also carry questions, pressure and emotion. I care about understanding the person behind the decision, so the advice I give reflects your priorities—not just the market.

My professional path began in engineering and developed through business and technical sales. I hold an MBA in Sustainable Innovation and have spent years in complex client-facing environments where listening carefully, understanding details, coordinating people and negotiating thoughtfully were essential.

That background shapes the way I work in real estate today—combining careful analysis and attention to detail with an understanding that every real estate decision is deeply personal.

Based in North Vancouver and serving clients throughout Greater Vancouver, I work with buyers, sellers, investors and clients exploring residential and new-development opportunities.

I care deeply about the experience my clients have throughout the process. You should feel heard, never rushed; informed, never overwhelmed; and confident that the strategy reflects what matters to you. My role is to listen closely, explain clearly, prepare thoroughly and advocate for your interests from beginning to end.

Your Vision. My Commitment.
