What we collect

When you use the contact, property-inquiry or home-evaluation forms, we collect the information you choose to provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, and details about the property or plans you describe. If you become a client, we also collect the information needed to provide real estate services and to meet legal and regulatory obligations, such as identification required under Canada's anti-money-laundering rules.

How we use it

Your information is used only to respond to your inquiry, to provide the real estate services you request, to prepare a home evaluation when you ask for one, to keep appropriate client records, and to send you information you have asked to receive, such as new listings. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

When we share it

Information may be shared with Coldwell Banker Prestige Realty as the brokerage of record, and, in the course of a transaction, with parties you authorize or who are necessary to complete it, such as lawyers, notaries, lenders, inspectors and the other party's brokerage. Service providers that host this website and deliver email may process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Listing data

Property listings displayed on this site are provided through the Canadian Real Estate Association's REALTOR.ca DDF® program and are displayed in accordance with CREA's rules and the applicable data-feed agreement. Listing content belongs to the listing brokerages identified on each listing.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses only the technical cookies and local storage needed for it to work, such as remembering a search filter. If analytics tools are added in the future, this policy will be updated to name them and to explain how to opt out. You can control cookies through your browser settings at any time.

Safeguards and retention

Information is stored on secured systems with access limited to those who need it. Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up; client transaction records are retained for the period required by the Real Estate Services Act and BC Financial Services Authority rules, and then securely destroyed.

Your choices

You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, request corrections, withdraw consent to further contact, or ask that your information be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Governing law
